FROM CONFUSED

TO CONFIDENT!

Sensory Confidence is a 6 month online programme that combines in depth sensory training with membership to my close-knit community whereĀ I will support you on your journey.

You will better understand your child's sensory needs and discover exactly what you can do to support them.Ā 

Whilst you work through the training at your own pace, you will be invited to attend monthly group support sessions with me, post questions in the group, explore sensory activity ideas and benefit from being part of a supportive community of parents who are going through similar difficulties.Ā 

WHAT YOU'LL GET...

  • Group meet-ups - these take place online every month for 6 months. I'll get to know your child's needs, answer questions, make suggestions and support you to problem solve issues as they arise. Sessions are usually Tuesdays or Wednesdays at 12.30pm so that you can attend during your lunch break or you can watch the recording.
  • Online in-depth training - 6 months access to all of my pre-recorded training content (30 bitesize videos and lots of downloads) to watch and read in your own time at your own pace.
  • A mix of theory and practical strategies so that you can understand why your child is behaving in a particular way and discover exactly what you can do to help them to feel happier at home and school.
  • Resource sheets to download and keep forever.
  • Masterclasses with special guest experts such as psychologists, speech and language therapists and sleep therapists.Ā 
  • 6 months membership to my supportive Sensory Confidence community where you can ask questions, seek support and get to know other parents who are experiencing similar difficulties.Ā

I absolutely love supporting parents to better understand their child's sensory needs.

I am caring, approachable and highly knowledgeable. I also have a great sense of fun!

I have over 16 years therapy experience and postgraduate training in sensory integration. Alongside this, I am a mum of two children, one is autistic and attends a special school and one is now in mainstream after having been out of school for over a year.

I am also highly sensitive myself with my own experience of sensory differences.Ā Ā

Please note: Sensory Confidence does not include an assessment of your child or one to one time with me. I will be there to support you for 6 months as part of the group and I will get to know you and your child's needs in the group sessions and through the group posts.
